ICM in the Austrian forests and mountains, what can I say? This is where I come when I need calm, when I need beauty. I wander among the tall skinny trees, marvel at the splendour of the mountain vistas and catch my breath at the pounding waters of Europe's highest waterfalls. I am calm, yet constantly looking for new compositions, playing with movement, speed and light and immersing myself in the moment. When I leave, hours have passed and I'm smiling and peaceful. It never fails me, ever! When I talk to those who have my forest and mountain pieces hanging in their homes or places of business, it makes me smile. I'm so glad that my creative process evokes such feelings in those who love these works as much as I do.
